The daily allowance
Chicken – 29g Red meat – 14g Fish – 28g Whole grains (bread, rice, etc.) – 232g Starchy carbs (potatoes, etc.) – 50g Legumes (beans, chickpeas, lentils, etc.) – 75g Vegetables – 300g Fruit – 200g Dairy – 250g (equivalent to one glass of milk) Eggs – 13g Nuts – 50g
