The seven C’s of communication is a list of principles for written and spoken communications to ensure that they are effective.
According to the seven Cs, communication needs to be: clear, concise, concrete, correct, coherent, complete and courteous.
They are applicable to both oral and written communication

Conciseness: Get to the Point
Concreteness: Specifics Instead of Generalizations
Completeness: No Necessary Information is Missing

To communicate effectively, you need to avoid distractions and stay focused. Inconsistent body language. Nonverbal communication should reinforce what is being said, not contradict it.
